Job Description

On behalf of ConstructionTech Client #1, SD Solutions is looking for a talented Revit Draftsman (Facade Design) to join the engineering team.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop detailed facade layouts and design documentation for high-rise buildings using Revit.

  • Create and optimize facade modulation and building envelope designs.

  • Define, develop, and maintain Revit families and family libraries.

  • Extract schedules, quantities, and technical data from Revit models.

  • Prepare sections, elevations, isometric views, and detailed construction drawings.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.

  • Support the development of BIM standards and drafting best practices.

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience     as a Revit Draftsman or BIM Modeler.

  • Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

  • Experience preparing detailed architectural or facade construction drawings.

  • Experience creating and managing Revit families.

  • Ability to extract schedules and technical information from Revit models.

  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of construction documentation.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

  • Good communication skills in English.

Advantages:


  • Experience designing building facades or curtain wall systems.

  • Experience with Revit plugins related to facade engineering.

  • Knowledge of facade wind load or structural load calculations.

  • Rendering and visualization experience.

  • Experience exporting production drawings to SolidWorks.

  • Previous experience working on high-rise or complex building envelope projects.
