About this role

As the CI/CD program architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing this pivotal software development process. You will need to be detail-oriented, have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and be able to innovate and adapt to changing technologies and projects.

Key Responsibilities

As a CI/CD program architect, your responsibilities would include designing and implementing a continuous integration and delivery process for software development projects. This would involve:

  • Develop a 3-5 year roadmap for CI/CD solutions within Digital Sales and Service
  • Collaborating with development, infrastructure, architecture and BU teams to understand their needs and requirements
  • Designing automated testing, build and deployment processes
  • Configuring and deploying CI/CD tools such as Copado
  • Creating and maintaining scripts for automated testing, build and deployment
  • Troubleshooting issues with the CI/CD pipeline
  • Ensuring security and compliance requirements are met
  • Developing best practices, guidelines, and standards for the CI/CD pipeline
  • Conducting training sessions to increase awareness and adoption of the CI/CD pipeline

Required Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of experience in designing, deploying and maintaining stable CICD pipelines, blue/green deployments
  • 5+ years of strong experience with configuration and management tools and/or with automation tools
  • 5+ years of experience with DevOps platforms and leading complex implementations globally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile and SAFe development methodologies
  • Experience with Salesforce platform production deployments working in an agile methodology environment
  • Excellent understanding and demonstrated experience in the use of DevOps tools (Bit Bucket, Jenkins, Automated deployment, Sonar tools etc.)
  • Proven ability to lead virtual teams, manage projects and deliver results in a diverse stakeholder environment
  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to rally team members around a common vision. Strong upward-influencing skills
  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders to drive change
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary
  • Team player with a positive, collaborative work ethic
