Job Description

Responsibilities

(Long Term Contract)

 

The incumbent will be responsible for all the procurement and time card management and will ensure the smooth daily operation of the Ocean Park Conservation Foundation, Hong Kong (OPCFHK), compliance with governance as well as to support the Foundation’s management to manage the Broad of Trustees, its meetings and committee meetings. S/he will also need to provide financial analysis to management and to manage the budget.

Requirements

  • Degree or above in Business Administration / Finance / Language or related disciplines, or Diploma holder with more relevant experience
  • With at least 8 years’ experience in administration
  • 2 year’s supervisory experience in NGO environment is preferred
  • A good team player with strong communication skills and leadership skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience with SAP and Kronos system will be an advantage
