The Role
Contractor, Project Execution - Leverage and Structured Finance, IBD
Key Accountabilities
- Handle the team's various NDAs and preliminary review of basic legal documents;
- Take charge of the team's operational reporting, and organize materials for the middle or back office departments;
- Prepare materials for the team's regular committee review meetings and draft FAAC Memos;
- Share the team's administrative affairs, such as meeting arrangement and investor roadshow coordination;
- Assist the execution team in building basic financial models and conducting simple research;
- Other business to be assigned by team members;
- Such other tasks assigned by team leader from time to time.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to candidates majoring in Economics, Accounting, Law or related disciplines;
- Candidates with full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
- Possess basic knowledge of financial analysis, leveraged finance and other related fields;
- Excellent written skills in both Chinese and English; fluent spoken Mandarin and English are mandatory, and fluent Cantonese is a strong plus.
