Role Scope
Engineer BMS controls in the reference design: sequences, points lists, and graphics for mechanical and electrical plant.
Program and configure the platform: logic built, tested, and versioned like the software it is.
Integrate the systems: chillers, CDUs, power monitoring, and third-party equipment speaking one language.
Support commissioning: functional tests executed, failures diagnosed, and fixes fed back into the standard.
What We're Looking For
The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
You've programmed BMS platforms hands-on for data centers or large facilities.
You write sequences from scratch and improve the ones you inherit.
You've integrated equipment over BACnet, Modbus, and vendor protocols.
You commission your own work and fix what testing finds.
You version and document logic so the next engineer can own it.
Bonus: Tridium, ALC, or Siemens certification. Chilled water and liquid cooling sequences. EPMS integration. Graphics standards.
