Job Description

PNC Business Credit is one of the top asset-based lenders in the country with 40 offices nationwide and more than $60 billion in commitments. PNC Business Credit provides senior secured and specialty financing to private equity firms and mid-sized companies across a wide range of industries and geographies throughout  the U.S., Canada and the UK.  

The Business Credit track is an engaging 2-year experience especially designed to equip you with the foundational and transferable skills that will enable you to navigate a successful career in banking. Analysts will master PNC’s product set to excel in analytics, credit, relationship management, sales and financial modeling. 

Various locations are available depending on rotational opportunity and business needs. Locations may include: New York City, NY;  Pasadena, CA ; and Chicago, IL;. The PNCBC program requires a valid driver’s license, with the ability to travel up to 65% and having access to reliable transportation for commuting to and from customer locations on a daily basis (within 100 miles). Travel is generally regional in nature, but may at times require the ability to travel overnight up to 65% of the time.

Participates as an analyst/associate in the line of business development program.

  • Supports the internal and external customer experience by providing excellent service at all times; takes accountability and ensures problem resolution. 

 

Required Education and Experience 

  • Preferred business relevant majors (e.g. Finance, Accounting) 

  • Minimum GPA 3.2. 

  • Roles at this level are filled by recent university / college graduates with little or no professional experience, but possessing relevant skills. Includes individuals joining the organization through a corporate development/training program.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $39,100.00 – $126,500.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
