• Control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of PR’s from site and invoices from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded and any other petty cash.
• Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
• Administers budget variance tracking for the project
• Review new project budget and cost codes against estimates
• Manage the Project Status Report process for all projects within the regional office
• Prepares projects' budgets according to the approved P&L and follows up on the budgeted cost items.
• Assures to stay within the project each item cost budget and discusses each case with the relevant PM before action.
• Follow up on cost control processing to optimize the cash out and report budget issues.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required

HSE Duties:

• Adhere and uphold the HSE procedures and policies established by Redcon. 
• Refrain from any violations of HSE procedures and policies set forth by the Redcon.
