Responsible for performing tissue culture processing activities, including grafting and subculture of explants, callus, embryos, and shoots in accordance with laboratory procedures.

Perform grafting and subculture of explants, callus, embryos, and shoots.
Carry out tissue culture processing activities in accordance with laboratory procedures.
Record processing activities and maintain accurate documentation.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment as required.
Maintain cleanliness and sterility of the laboratory work area.
Support other laboratory activities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum SMA/SMK or Diploma (D3) in Agriculture, Biology, Biotechnology, Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in laboratory work or tissue culture is an advantage.
Detail-oriented and able to work accurately.
Able to follow standard operating procedures.
