Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The position emphasizes continuous improvement and adaptation to evolving business requirements through collaborative and agile methodologies, fostering innovation and responsiveness within the development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom software components within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various software systems.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving software defects to maintain system reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
