Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that address unique business requirements. The role includes coding and enhancing various components within systems or applications, ensuring they are scalable and perform efficiently. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to agile methodologies are integral parts of the daily workflow, enabling the delivery of high-quality software products that meet evolving client needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Familiarity with database technologies and query optimization.
- Knowledge of version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
