Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. The role requires working within dynamic project environments, applying modern development frameworks, and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key aspect, enabling the creation of solutions that meet specific business requirements while continuously improving system performance and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

SAP CO Consultant - Controlling and Product Costing
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support SAP CO modules, including:
o Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
o Internal Orders (IO)
o Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
o Product Cost Controlling (PC)
o Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP Finance and Controlling modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile project management practices.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP FI CO Finance modules.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
