Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational requirements and translating them into effective software solutions. The workday is dynamic, involving collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and provide seamless user experiences. Continuous evaluation and refinement of the applications are part of the daily routine to maintain optimal performance and adaptability to evolving business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and integration techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce applications to optimize trade promotion management.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment processes within Salesforce environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
