Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational requirements and translating them into effective software solutions. The workday includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with business goals, continuously refining and enhancing the software to improve performance and usability, and addressing any challenges that arise during development and deployment. The role demands a balance of creativity and technical precision to deliver robust and scalable applications that support business operations effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Development.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience in customizing and extending Salesforce platforms to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within cloud-based environments.
- Familiarity with integration methods and tools to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability in cloud solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Development.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
