- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance software quality and delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test cases and frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex software systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration and system testing to ensure end-to-end quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software validation.
