Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components or applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and iterative development practices are integral to delivering high-quality solutions that meet specific business objectives and adapt to changing needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to ensure software quality and maintainability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Collibra Data Governance.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and frameworks.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components.
- Familiarity with integration of data governance tools within enterprise environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Collibra Data Governance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
