Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work focuses on meeting unique business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software performance and functionality, contributing to the overall success of projects and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Maintain and update existing software components to improve reliability and performance.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Document software designs, processes, and updates to ensure clear communication within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js, Node.js.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and their application in software development.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize software components for enhanced performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15-year full time education is required.
