Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges that may impact timelines or deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM System i (AS/400) RPG IV.
- Strong knowledge of application design and development principles within IBM System i environments.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and maintaining custom software applications to ensure reliability and performance.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques relevant to IBM System i platforms.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and scalable software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IBM System i (AS/400) RPG IV.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
