Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Experience with component development and template creation within Adobe Experience Manager environments.
- Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to content management systems.
- Familiarity with integrating Adobe Experience Manager with other enterprise systems and APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in complex software applications.
- Experience working within agile development frameworks and continuous integration pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
