Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking charge of project efforts, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the development process aligns with project goals. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing custom applications within the SAP HANA environment.
- Strong knowledge of database programming and performance tuning specific to SAP HANA.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable code following industry standards.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP modules and external systems.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex software issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
