Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of solutions to adapt to evolving needs are integral parts of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud Development.
- Experience with data modeling and dashboard creation within analytics platforms.
- Strong knowledge of scripting and programming languages relevant to analytics development.
- Ability to integrate SAP Analytics Cloud solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing analytics applications for performance and usability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Development.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
