Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements thoroughly and translating them into functional software solutions. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the applications meet the intended objectives is a key part of your routine. You will also spend time refining and adjusting applications to optimize performance and usability, ensuring they effectively support business operations throughout their lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software applications to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Document design specifications and application configurations to maintain clear communication and knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding project requirements and technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Calypso (Software).
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and application configuration techniques.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues within complex business environments.
- Ability to work with various development tools and platforms to build scalable applications.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Calypso (Software).
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
