Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components or applications. The role requires working within dynamic project environments, applying modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align software capabilities with business requirements is a key aspect, alongside continuous refinement and optimization of existing solutions to meet evolving organizational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the software development lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and coding custom software components using modern frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within integrated systems.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software design and implementation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
