- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and application performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mainframe Modernization.
- Strong expertise in legacy system analysis and migration strategies.
- Experience with application design and configuration in complex environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges across diverse platforms.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Mainframe Modernization.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
