Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The engineer actively oversees the progress of development tasks and ensures alignment with project goals through continuous communication and problem-solving.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong experience in configuring and customizing master data governance solutions within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
- Familiarity with data quality management and data validation processes in master data systems.
- Experience in integrating SAP MDG with other enterprise applications and data sources.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to master data governance workflows and processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
