- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Business Management.
- Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow IT Business Management modules to align with organizational processes.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within ServiceNow applications.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and integration techniques relevant to ServiceNow platform.
- Capability to design scalable and maintainable software components tailored to business needs.
