Position Overview
As a CRM Intern, you'll work with our most valuable enterprise clients and highest-potential prospects, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to nurture strategic relationships and ensure exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients through strategic communication and regular follow-ups
Client Support & Success: Respond promptly to inquiries, assist in identifying client needs, and provide tailored AI-powered eCommerce solutions
Strategic Analysis: Track client interactions, prepare performance reports, and gather feedback to enhance service offerings
Business Development: Participate in client meetings, support onboarding processes, and identify growth opportunities
Market Intelligence: Stay current with eCommerce trends and contribute to client retention strategies
Essential Requirements
Recent graduates or current students in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related fields
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong analytical and organizational skills for managing multiple client relationships
Basic understanding of customer relationship management processes
Authorization to work in the US or Canada
