Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, account-related requests, orders, and general support.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible, escalating complex cases when required.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the relevant systems.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance requirements during all customer interactions.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, processes, and system updates to deliver excellent customer service.
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for service excellence
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
