Join Our Team at Liquid Environmental Solutions as a Customer Solutions Representative (CSR I)

As a Customer Solutions Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, serving as the primary point of contact for all service requests.

Compensation starting at $21/hr

Schedule: Daytime Hours Mon-Fri

Location: 7651 Esters Blvd Suite 200, Irving, TX 

Key Responsibilities: As a CSR I, you will:

  • Manage daily customer communications, ensuring every interaction is professional, warm, and friendly.
  • Actively listen to and respond to customer inquiries, confirming understanding of their needs.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to present LES services, highlighting how our solutions meet customer needs and enhance their operations.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of CSR professionals to achieve overall call center objectives and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and analytical skills.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage various systems for reporting and case management.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish required.
