Profile Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do" attitude
  • · Excellent verbal and written skills
  • · Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
  • · High level of computer literacy including intermediate Excel skills (essential)
  • · Strong attention to detail
  • · Strong self-management skills and ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • · Flexibility to adapt to unexpected changes
  • · Extensive experience in working with desktop computers, Windows, computing in the network environment (i.e. CRM, shared drives, etc...), Excel, email, remote communications tools (GoToMeeting, remote desktop, etc.) helpdesk/support websites, backend of websites for changes and updates, and CRM
  • · Requires a minimum of 3 years of technical BPO experience and preferably an associate's degree or better training and education beyond high school or equivalent.
  • · Able to coordinate with other suppliers.

Core responsibilities:

  • Taking reservations and dealing with customers on the phone and at the counter.
  • · Taking calls and enquiries for our Everything Fleet Car Rental offices located in Australia
  • · Maintaining a high level of customer service and sales
  • · Maintain and troubleshoot devices and systems, telephony, hardware, and software.
  • · Document application processes and procedure for the Call Center team’s use.
  • · Ensure systems are secure and ready for users. (Tools: Websites, TSD, MS Office, telephony)
  • · Create tickets, follow-up and escalate to Local IT/supplier issues that require specialist assistance.
  • · Ensure data in TSD are updated and accurate.
  • · On-call even on weekends/RD to resolve, coordinate IT-related issues.
