Job Summary:
Under minimal supervision responsible for creating cyber-intelligence solutions to prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company email, data, e-commerce and web-based systems. Implements and supports technologies deployed across application, network/perimeter, data, endpoint, identity & access, and mobility domains. Researches attempted or successful efforts to compromise systems security and designs countermeasures. Provides information to management regarding the negative impact on the business caused by theft, destruction, alteration or denial of access to information and systems. Mentors those in less senior positions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Five (5) years of experience in IT information security.
Job Specific Details:
As an Advisor in Risk Data Engineering, you will/should:
- Possess strong technical knowledge, database architecture design and implementation experience.
- Architect, design and develop web applications, APIs to optimize business processes supported by data and intelligence.
- Designing low latency ETL pipelines from a wide variety of data sources in both streaming and batch modes.
- Familiar with Agile & SAFe framework
- Hands-on programming and data engineering background is required for this position.
- In depth knowledge of Full Stack Enterprise solutions to implement risk solutions across various channels
- Quality driven approach to maintain high application uptime and effectiveness
- Innovate through modern and cloud-based technology
- Ability to build strong working relationships across functional teams including Marketing, IT, Customer Technology, Customer Services, Security
- Ability to lead change with high energy and a strong focus on the mission
- Ability to guide and support team members
- Good communication skills and teamwork is a must.
Skills/Knowledge Considered a Plus:
- Strong technical background is required to work on below technologies-: Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Oracle, JMS, REST/SOAP, Unix Scripting and Linux.
- Knowledge and experience on Abinitio
- Understanding of cloud Infrastructure engineering, Kubernetes and Docker
- Knowledge or experience working in an Agile, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
- Domain knowledge in Fraud or Aviation Security
