Job Description

Cognizant is seeking a key contributor to the GBR Standards and Governance strategic goals, focusing on the definition, gathering, and presentation of cross-GBR metrics and the requirements, documentation, and testing of a common technology platform for GBR incident flow.

The successful candidate will understand corporate security incidents (both physical and cyber), the overall software development lifecycle, and have knowledge of ServiceNow as used as a workflow tool. They will be able to work with a wide variety of stakeholders across Corporate Security and Information Technology to successfully deliver a strategic technology platform enabling seamless workflow for incidents and crises and meaningful GBR metrics useful for all levels of the organization to reinforce the progress and value brought by the organization.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter that is diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, and works very well both independently and in a team.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Execute on the Corporate Security vision, mission, and goals

·       Work with partners to define meaningful metrics

·       Build dashboards to effectively communicate key information

·       Summarize key metrics for leadership review

·       Gather and aggregate requirements from disparate stakeholders

·       Document strategic development plan and tactical implementation schedule

·       Advise on ServiceNow implementation, including module selection and upgrade plans

·       Utilize industry best practices to support our mission

·       Additional projects as required by leadership

 

Required knowledge and skills:

·       Bachelor's degree preferred

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       ServiceNow implementation experience

·       Metrics development experience

·       Business intelligence tool/reporting experience

·       High level of technology competency (Microsoft office and productivity tools)

·       Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.

·       Ability to build consensus and interact effectively at all levels.
