Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights, optimizing business operations, and enhancing decision-making processes. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven strategies that drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection and Preparation

Collect, clean, and pre process data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Work with IT and operational teams to establish and maintain data infrastructure and security protocols.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform business decisions.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue trends, collection rates, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Provide regular insights on divisional performance, including sales, logistics, and credit assessment metrics.

Dashboard and Visualization

Build and maintain interactive dashboards for real-time data visualization using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
Automate data extraction and reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.

Collaboration and Process Improvement

Collaborate with teams across departments to understand data needs and improve reporting systems.
Assist in resolving data inconsistencies and enhancing processes for divisions with unstable reporting systems.
Provide training and support to teams on best practices in data usage and interpretation.

Continuous Learning and Innovation

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

Technical Skills

Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
Strong knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
Familiarity with Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis (preferred).
Understanding of data warehousing and database management systems.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
