Job Description

Our client in Cambridge, MA is looking for a Data Analytics Specialist for a 6 month 100% REMOTE Contract.



Due to government contracts they do require everyone to be fully vaccinated against covid-19.



Must work on our W2 (no sponsorship)





Data Analytics Specialist will support to maintain data systems and improve processes to deliver assessable and accurate data to stakeholders. The role will require working collaboratively with IT and process experts to configure and maintain compliant trending systems. In addition, this role will support building and maintaining data Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) in Statistica to extract data from different source systems. This role will also require building and deploying multivariate models for use in GMP manufacturing and developing and maintaining data visualization platforms using Tableau.



B. Principal Accountabilities



Configure and maintain compliant trending systems to ensure data is easily assessable and accurate. 30%

Build and maintain Tableau dashboard to support trending needs. 10%

Support Statistica deployment across Biogen’s platforms. Build and maintain data Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) applications to extract data from different

50%

Build and deploy multivariate models for use in GMP manufacturing 10%



And other job duties that may be assigned from time to time. 10%

C. Minimum Education Requirements

Minimum educational level necessary to perform the job (High School diploma, Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, Masters, PhD) D. Minimum Experience Requirements

Minimum experience requirements necessary to perform the job

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or relevant engineering discipline.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Data Analytics Role

• Experience with data management and visualization systems (such as Statistica, Discoverant, Tableau, Alteryx).

• Experience with relevant programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, and VB.

• Ability to learn quickly and independently.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, GxP manufacturing environment.

• Experience with application of statistical data analytics and multivariate data modeling is a plus
