What does a successful Conversion Analyst do at Fiserv?
Provide analysis, consultation and initial support to new and existing clients during the implementation of new core related products and services. Responsible for a variety of products and services which provide you the opportunity to expand and enhance your knowledge base. Be part of a team of experienced professionals who manage multiple projects across multiple departments. Lead client meetings and internal team meetings. Travel to client sites as needed.

Provide analysis, consultation and initial support to new and existing clients during the implementation of new core related products and services. Responsible for a variety of products and services which provide you the opportunity to expand and enhance your knowledge base. What you will do:
- Install and train on core deposit or loan application modules, products, and services.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines, within agreed upon parameters and timelines.
- Work with manager and team to develop consistent project plans and executions.
- Lead and/or participate in client status meetings for coordination of all phases of implementations.
- Provide analysis, consultation and initial support by determining product and client requirements to new and existing clients during new installations.
- Monitor progress of projects activity: status reports, escalations, action plans to finalize within agreed upon project dates, and regular communications with manager.
- Create and utilize documented procedures and tools for installations and upgrades to ensure efficiencies and effectiveness of product implementations.
What you will need to have:
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Proven organizational and time management skills.
- Client-facing experience with organizational leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or technical field.
- Experience with Alteryx, SQL, PowerShell
What would be great to have:
- Premier System or other Fiserv core knowledge
- Three to five years of implementations, conversions experience and loans or deposits
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to think strategically and tactically
- Detail oriented. Excellent organization skills
- Ability to handle diverse workloads and multiple deadlines
- Experience in Excel and PowerPoint, and have a technical aptitude to learn new applications quickly
- Basic understanding of project management methodology
- Working knowledge of programming and coding
