Sr. IFRS17 Data Engineer (C#, SQL, MVC, WPF)

Job Description

  • Must
    have hands-on IFRS17 experience with strong Data Analysis and Insurance
    domain knowledge.
  • Good
    to have exposure to Dataiku.
  • Strong
    expertise in Data Analysis, SQL, Python, and PySpark.
  • Develop
    and maintain backend systems using Python and PySpark, ensuring high
    performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Design
    and implement Data Engineering and ETL pipelines using PySpark.
  • Collaborate
    with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project
    requirements.
  • Mentor
    and guide engineers through technical leadership, code reviews, and best
    practices.
  • Stay
    updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to improve systems and
    processes.
  • Lead
    technical direction including architecture, design, and implementation of
    software solutions.
  • Work
    closely with Product Owners to define and prioritize business and
    technical requirements.
  • Develop
    and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and
    technical specifications.
  • Participate
    in code reviews to ensure coding standards and high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate
    with DevOps and Operations teams for smooth deployment and application
    support.
  • Strong
    expertise in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
  • Willingness
    to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project needs.
  • Proven
    experience leading technical teams with mentoring and coaching
    responsibilities.
  • Strong
    technical decision-making, task prioritization, and resource management
    skills.
  • Excellent
    communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability
    to drive technical innovation by researching and recommending new
    technologies and solutions.
  • Strong
    troubleshooting and performance optimization skills to ensure high-quality
    software delivery.
  • Experience

    experience with PySpark for Data Engineering and ETL pipelines.
