Job Description
a) Mandatory Skills
• 10+ years of strong expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling
• Experience with enterprise data models (e.g., BCDM) and subject area alignment
• Ability to define source-to-target mappings and transformation rules
• Proficiency with ER modelling tools (e.g., ERwin or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of data governance, metadata, and lineage
• Experience working with structured and semi-structured data
• Familiarity with Databricks Lakehouse concepts and data architecture
• Strong banking domain experience (Corporate Banking preferred)
• Ability to translate business requirements into data models
• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Can work independently with minimum supervision
• Flexible and adaptable working style to work with multiple stakeholders
• Open to work in UK Shift (10 AM to 9 PM IST with 8 hours of productive work)
b) Good to Have Skills
• Exposure to Snowflake / hybrid data platforms
• Experience with data catalog tools
• Knowledge of financial data standards (e.g., ISO20022)
• Experience in regulatory programs (IFC, FSCS, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of SQL / data engineering workflows
• Experience in data product-based delivery models
