Standard Job Description

WHAT WE'RE DOING
• Join Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, Cyber & Intelligence, where we foster innovation and integrity.
• As a Data Modernization System Engineer, you'll be empowered to create "new realities" and pioneer solutions that break boundaries.
• Benefit from the support of a global technology leader that values innovative thinking and provides the resources to turn ideas into reality.
• Build on our proud legacy of achievement and contribute to shaping the future of aerospace, defense, and security solutions.

THE WORK
TKO provides systems engineering, software development, data science and cloud development and engineering services to the Cyber Infrastructure Solutions customer. The services enable the Data Transformation, Malware Analysis, and Cyber Threat Intelligence processing and sharing capabilities for the customer, fulfilling mission objectives and offering actionable information to detect and mitigate cyber threats. The contract has several locations in Maryland and a small contingent in Texas.

WHO WE ARE
• Lockheed Martin is a global leader in aerospace, defense, and security solutions, committed to excellence and integrity.

WHO YOU ARE
• You are a Data Modernization System Engineer with strong project management skills who will provide the engineering and project management to support the customer's Chief Data Architect data modernization efforts to streamline data processing.
• You will act as the contract's face for a critical effort that will change the data environment for the customer. The role will work directly with the customer to identify, capture and service new and sometimes ambiguous requirements while also keeping an eye out for new opportunities for the program in support of the customer.
• The ideal candidate for this role will be someone that can take vague guidance and develop a course of action, interface well with customers and other stake holders, and recognize areas for growth. Ideally, you will have familiarity with either the data movement and architecture of the customer, or knowledge and experience with SIGINT operations, particularly data acquisition and movement.

WHY JOIN US
• Join a global technology leader where your ideas can make a difference and your contributions are valued.
• Work on exciting projects that challenge you to push boundaries and innovate.
• Grow your career in an environment that encourages learning, development, and creativity.
