Your role will require you to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the data platform, making it a dynamic and engaging work environment.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and best practices.
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions and architectures.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize data processing workflows.
