EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
What you will do:
- Discuss and align requirements with product stakeholders.
- Designing, implementing, testing (manual and automated) solutions within our Retail -Omnichannel portfolio with latest technologies in an innovative environment.
- Identify and implement possible simplification measures to ease mass operations
- Optimization of existing procedures to increase supportability, robustness and simplicity What we expect:
- Solid software development skills with a passion to build highly qualitative applications
- Accountability, delivery of the committed tasks in time, ensuring high quality and high performance
- Work in an agile development environment which requires the individual to be self-driven, take decisions independently and be flexible in order to deliver to demand
WORK EXPERIENCE
We are looking for graduates with a maximum of two years professional experience and having gained experience in software development during their studies (internship, projects, working student jobs etc.).
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Required skills:
- Bachelor or master degree in computer science, business informatics or a related discipline
- Fluency in English and German language - verbal and written
- Good knowledge of and experience with one development language: Java / Abap
- Constructive and open style of communication as a team player
- Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to new tasks/challenges and stay focused, pragmatic and result oriented
- You have high quality demands to your work
- You are open-minded and interested in new technologies / new innovations to make the world run better and improve people's lives. Preferred skills:
- Experience in non functional requirements as for example performance or security
- Development experience in cloud development environment.
- Development experience with JAVA and ABAP in Business Suite applications like SAP ERP, SAP Customer Activity Repository or SAP - Hybris
- Experience with HANA as Database
- Experience in UI Design Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
