EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As Associate Developer in our development team in the area of Portfolio and Project Management you will work along the complete lifecycle of software development projects together with colleagues contributing towards customer success. You will implement user stories based scenarios leveraging state of the art technologies on our S/4HANA platform. You will demonstrate a strong drive for development execution. Based on your knowledge you will design, implement and test software solutions by applying the dimensions quality and transparency. As a team player you take over responsibility for dedicated development tasks. You will contribute to the team spirit by supporting an environment of continuous learning, by exchanging ideas & thoughts and by embracing a culture of innovation.
WORK EXPERIENCE
We are looking for candidates with exceptional promise who are either about to graduate or have already graduated with a maximum of 2 years work experience, and who aspire a career in business software development.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- University Degree (bachelor, master, diploma, PhD) in information technology, computer science, mathematics, engineering or related area
- Fluency in English and German language - verbal and written
- Experience in at least one OO programming language, Javascript and ABAP know how preferred
- Profound knowledge in SQL is an advantage
- Open minded, problem-solving attitude and positive spirit even under challenging conditions
- Expertise in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Product Lifecycle Management or Portfolio and Project Management is an advantage, but not a must
- Ability to quickly understand customer business process requirements
- Very good analytical thinking and problem solving
- Ability to generate and promote new and creative ideas
- Ability to work in new, dynamic environments
- High quality orientation and reliability
