- Advanced knowledge of Power BI desktop
- Advanced knowledge of the Power BI service
- Advanced Knowledge of data modelling for Power BI and DAX
- A strong understanding of Power BI licencing and features for each license
- Advanced knowledge of designing and implementing RLS solutions
- Working knowledge of PPU or Premium Capacity
- Exposure to 3rd Party tools (Dax Studio and Tabular Editor)
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
- Build and maintain complex data models, including data warehousing, DAX calculations, and optimized Power BI solutions to support scalable insights.
- Design and implement role-based security models and user access within Power BI to protect sensitive data.
- Maintain and optimize Power BI datasets, reports, and workspace structures for efficient access and management.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams using Databricks to source, clean, and load data, ensuring high data quality and alignment with Power BI requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in relevant field with 6- 8 years of relevant experience
