You don’t need to have done this work before to be great at it.

We’re looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Developmental Services team, supporting adults with intellectual disabilities. You’re Never Doing It Alone
You’ll work as part of a supportive, collaborative team that values questions, learning, and shared problem-solving. Extensive training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

You Grow Into the Role
Many successful Service Coordinators come from education, human services, healthcare, administration, customer service, or nonprofit work. We’ll teach you the systems—you bring curiosity, compassion, and organization.
