Position Summary:
Move into a central role within the Central Data Analytics organization which focuses on delivering value to our internal and external customers using data analytics as a foundation and embed data driven decision making. You will be part of the Optimization and Development team that is responsible for developing, delivering and maintaining the end-to-end data driven solutions. You are familiar with the modern micro-service architecture as well as the development and deployment technology (SpringBoot/VM/Docker/K8) and proven working experience. At least 3 years of Python/Java (or similar programming language) development experience and solid understanding of the design patterns. Any previous DevOps exposure is considered as a plus.
An analytical PC literate, freethinking innovator, with excellent communications and problem solving skills, you’ll have gained, upon completion of a university degree in information systems or similar technical/business degree, experience in developing, deploying and maintaining large scale optimization/AI solutions.

Responsibilities:
- In close collaboration with the Infostructure teams design and implement hosting platform for the business teams to deliver Data Science and optimization capabilities.
- Follow up end to end model development lifecycle and provide architecture guidance to the scientific developers.
- Maintenance of existing end to end AI/ML/Optimization solutions currently deployed as a service.
- Design & roll out of cost effective architectures for your functional domain to meet business requirements
- Maintain close partnership with collaborating departments e.g., ITD with respect to any technology systems review and/or technology selection
- As you are passionate in IT, this allows you to convince and clearly explain your decisions within teams and with the partners.
- You hold a master’s/bachelor degree (or equivalent) in IT, engineering, or a related field).
- You have hands-on experience with the design or architectures of integrations, services, APIs, etc, with good understanding and respect to the security standards.
- Experience in DevOps and Agile developments (Scrum, SAFE, ... ) is a plus
- You communicate concisely and efficiently
- Able to define the Design Principles & Patterns for the Solutions in scope
- Familiar with OS and containerization technologies
- Skilled in modern programming languages (e.g. Java, Python, R, … )
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) to present to technical and business audiences
