Experience: 3 -5 Years

Must-Have:
Experience with CI/CD Pipelines: Proficiency in developing and managing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Pivotal Concourse, or similar.
Cloud Infrastructure Knowledge: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and understanding of Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings.
Containerization: Strong experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, Scala, or PL/SQL.
Agile Practices: Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile development practices and ability to work in an agile team environment.
Good-to-Have:
Automated Testing: Experience with technologies that support automated testing.
Pipeline as Code: Knowledge of Pipeline as Code techniques using Groovy and declarative pipeline syntax.
Functional Programming: Awareness of functional programming and new technologies such as Scala, Akka, Camel, and messaging frameworks like Kafka, Active MQ, and EMS.
Mentoring Skills: Ability to coach and mentor junior engineers.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to document design options and decisions, and present them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
