As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing, deploying, and maintaining robust, scalable systems across cloud and on-premises environments. Your work will ensure the reliability and efficiency of our production and test infrastructures, enabling smooth collaboration between development and QA teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain servers in cloud (Azure, AWS) and on-premises production/test environments
- Deploy, configure, optimize, and support applications and web-services
- Create, modify and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab
- Set up Kubernetes clusters, configure services
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across all environments
- Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams to support efficient workflows
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for all environments
- Participate in design architectures for reliable, fault-tolerant, and efficient systems
Requirements:
- Infrastructure: firm understanding of Linux, Kubernetes, Terraform
- Configuration management: familiarity with Ansible
- Networking: good grasp of network protocols and configurations
- Application Supporting: competent in supporting. We build, tune and support all kinds of applications and mobile applications, build using Docker, Gradle, Maven, Make
- CI/CD and Artifact Management: hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab. Familiarity with JFrog Artifactory is a plus
- Cloud Knowledge: hands-on experience with AWS (EKS, API Gateway, EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch, S3) or Azure will be a plus
- Database Management: working knowledge of the relational and NoSQL database architecture, experience with supporting any database
- Monitoring and Logging: familiarity with Prometheus/Grafana (PromQL), ELK stack, Graylog, Filebeat, and FluentBit
- DNS and Security: experience with Cloudflare is a plus(DNS, Zero Trust, cloudflared, rules)
- Scripting: solid understanding in Bash scripting. PowerShell is a plus
- Windows Server Administration: introductory knowledge of Windows Server management
- Hands-on experience with LLM like Claude (skills, agents and so on)/ChatGPT
- Load Balancers: good grasp and experience with any of proxy servers
- Fluent English language knowledge, spoken level of Russian is a plus
Interview steps:

- Technical Interview with the DevOps team (~1 hour)
- Final Interview with the Infrastructure Architect, SAE Team Lead, and DevOps Lead (~1 hour)
