Job Summary
The DevOps Engineer focuses on
continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and automation
for AI services. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining
CI/CD pipelines, automating processes, and ensuring efficient and reliable
deployment of AI models and applications.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support the
continuous integration and delivery of AI models and applications. - Automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes
to ensure efficient and reliable operations. - Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and platform
engineers to understand infrastructure and deployment requirements. - Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as
Terraform or Ansible to manage and provision infrastructure resources. - Monitor the performance and availability of CI/CD pipelines
and automated processes, identifying and resolving issues promptly. - Ensure the security and compliance of CI/CD pipelines and
deployment processes, implementing best practices for data governance and
regulatory requirements. - Optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation processes for
scalability and efficiency. - Document CI/CD pipeline configurations, automation
processes, and maintenance activities. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in DevOps
practices and technologies. - Provide technical support and guidance to junior team
members. - Participate in project planning and contribute to the
development of project timelines and deliverables. - Perform other duties relevant to the job as assigned by the
Sr. DevOps Engineer or senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps
Engineer, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer) are preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipeline
management, or related fields - Experience with automation tools and practices
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Bash,
or Ruby - Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI,
CircleCI) - Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g.,
Terraform, Ansible) - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- In-depth knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google
Cloud) and their DevOps services - Understanding of data governance, security, and regulatory
standards - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering
high-quality work - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
