DevOps Engineer, Platform & Reliability Engineering

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure services and DevOps tooling accross OpenShift and GCP environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and optimize CI/CD pipelines, GitLab workflows, and deployment infrastructure
• Work with container orchestration platforms such as OpenShift and Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and reliability
• Contribute to automation, observability, and reliability initiatives across the platform using New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
• Lead and mentor team members in DevOps practices, fostering a culture of learning, automation, and continuous improvement
• Implement scalable systems and tools to automate repetitive tasks, streamline operations, and reduce manual toil
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements in DORA metrics (Deployment Frequency, Lead Time, Change Failure Rate, MTTR)
• Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization, security hardening, and operational efficiency gains
• Stay up to date on latest DevOps technologies, tools, and industry trends, serving as a subject matter expert for the organization
