We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team and to support our meaningful growth.
What Will You Do?
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the CI/CD infrastructure and pipeline architecture for all software products
- Own and drive the AWS cloud infrastructure, including architecture design, provisioning, cost optimization, and governance
- Manage AWS Organization structure, including multi-account strategy
- Take full responsibility for leading the cloud migration from our current single AWS account to a multi-account management architecture
- Own and manage the complete deployment lifecycle for all V-LAP software products as well as internal company products, including release planning, environment management, deployment automation, rollback procedures, and post-deployment monitoring
- Responsibility for Cyber Security matters including monitoring and deployment of application security tools: SAST, SCA, DAST, secrets scanning, and container image scanning, in accordance with regulatory and compliance standards
- Establish and enforce DevOps best practices, standards and documentation across the team
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience in the same field
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps
- Proven hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc.) - mandatory; experience with Azure is an advantage
- Experience with AWS Organizations and multi-account management
- Experience with cloud migration projects is a strong advantage
- Strong proficiency with GitHub (Actions, workflows, branch strategy) — mandatory; familiarity with GitLab CI is an advantage
- Infrastructure as Code: AWS CDK is our primary tool — mandatory; knowledge of Terraform is an advantage
- Container orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker
- Proficiency in Python and scripting/automation
- Security and compliance knowledge: DevSecOps practices, SOC2, ISO 27001, HITRUST, GDPR, HIPAA, and FDA Cybersecurity Guidelines
- Familiarity with commercial security tools such as Black Duck, Coverity, Ostorlab, or Wiz is an advantage
- Good understanding of networking, DNS, load balancing, and firewall configurations
