We
are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Network Intelligence
area. You will play a transversal role, supporting multiple teams across
the organization by enabling reliable, automated, and scalable cloud-native
platforms. You will work closely with Telco engineers, platform teams, and
product teams, acting as a DevOps enabler to improve deployment
processes, operational stability, and observability of systems used by major
wireless operators in Spain and Europe.
What you'll do
- Deploy,
operate, and maintain containerized platforms using Docker and
Kubernetes. - Support
and evolve CI/CD pipelines used by multiple teams across the
company. - Operate
and support cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). - Act as
a cross-functional DevOps partner, helping teams adopt best practices
in deployment, automation, and reliability. - Improve monitoring,
logging, and observability to ensure system stability and fast
incident detection. - Support
production environments and contribute to incident resolution and
post-mortem analysis.
Requirements
- +4 years
of experience in a DevOps Engineering role. - Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code
and GitOps using Terraform, Helm,
Kustomize and ArgoCD or Flux. - Hands-on
experience with Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of secure software development,
OAuth2/OIDC, secrets management, Kubernetes security, secure API design
and cloud security best practices. - Strong understanding of cloud networking, IAM,
load balancing, DNS, storage and security concepts across Azure and GCP. - Experience implementing and operating metrics,
logs and distributed tracing using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana,
OpenTelemetry or equivalent. - Hands-on experience with production operations, monitoring,
logging, distributed tracing, incident response and reliability practices. - Hands-on experience designing, implementing and
maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing and deployment. - English
level B2 or higher. - Experience
with monitoring and observability tools. - Background
in telecommunications or exposure to large-scale,
high-availability environments is a plus. - Experience
supporting multiple teams or products in a shared platform role.
