Job Summary: | The School of Dental Medicine is seeking a full-time Diagnostic Procedures Technology Supervisor to support the teaching and patient care missions of the Radiology unit within the Department of Diagnostic Sciences & Surgical Dentistry. This position combines formal supervision of five Diagnostic Procedures Technology employees with hands-on dental imaging, clinical and didactic instruction, and oversight of daily Oral Radiology operations. The supervisor works closely with the Oral and Maxillofacial Radiologist and supports DDS, ISP, graduate students, residents, faculty, staff, and patients across multiple clinics. The role performs and teaches intraoral, panoramic, and Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) imaging; evaluates image quality; coordinates staffing and clinic coverage; maintains radiation safety and quality-assurance records; troubleshoots imaging systems and equipment; and supports scheduling, data management, research imaging, and supply operations. Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $6,954-$– $8,345 / month This position is eligible for overtime compensation. The above hiring range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
